Who we are
Twickenham Airport Transfers, Twickenham Rd, Isleworth, Richmond, Twickenham TW7 7EJ. Email: info@twickenhamairporttransfers.co.uk. Phone: 020 3740 4628. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.
What we collect
When you book or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, journey date and time, flight or train details, the number of passengers and bags, and any special requirements you tell us about, such as child seats, pets or accessibility needs. Also you can pay by card using our 3D secure payment method.
Why we use it
We use your information to take and manage your booking, send the right driver/minicab partner, contact you about your journey, track flights for pickups, handle payment, and answer questions or complaints. We keep booking records because private hire operators in London must keep records of bookings by law.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed (journey details and name/number): with the minicab operator doing your journey; with our online booking system provider, which processes bookings made through the form on this website; with payment providers; and with licensing or other authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
