Who the partner scheme is for
The Taxis Network partner scheme is for private hire firms, not individual drivers. When you register, you sign up your company and give an email address where booking information is sent, so everyone in your office can see new work as it comes in.
If you are a driver looking for work rather than a firm, see our drive with us page instead.
The kind of work you can receive
Taxis Network takes bookings from customers across London and passes them to its partner firms. The work is mostly pre-booked, which makes it easier to plan your drivers and vehicles:
- Airport transfers to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City.
- Station transfers to Paddington, Euston, Victoria, Waterloo, King's Cross, Charing Cross and London Bridge.
- Advance bookings for local and long-distance journeys.
- Different vehicle types, including saloons, estates, executive cars and MPVs.
What you need to register
Have these ready before you start the online form. It takes a few minutes if your documents are to hand:
- Your company name and trading name
- Your company phone, mobile, website and full address
- A named contact person and their phone number
- An email address and password for your partner login
- An email address for booking information that everyone in your office can read
- A copy of your private hire operator's licence, with its expiry date
- A copy of your employers' liability insurance, with its expiry date
How to join
- Open the partner registration form on the Taxis Network partner portal and fill in your company details.
- Upload your operator's licence and employers' liability insurance, add their expiry dates and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Once your registration has been checked, log in to the partner portal to see and manage booking information.
