To give you an accurate fixed fare and send the right car, please have these details ready:
- Your pickup address, including postcode
- Your destination, or the airport terminal or station
- The date and time you need to be picked up
- The number of passengers and the number and size of bags
- Your flight number or train time, if you have one
- Any child seats needed, with the children's ages
- If you are travelling with a pet, what kind and how big
